Zach Nelson

Zach Nelson has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry, where he has held a variety of executive positions spanning marketing, sales, product development and business strategy with leading companies including Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and McAfee/Network Associates. Nelson has been CEO of NetSuite since 2002. Nelson led NetSuite's successful IPO in 2007 and its rise from start-up to the industry's leading provider of cloud computing business management software suites in the world. He was named to 2013 Business Insider's 50 Most Powerful People In Enterprise Tech list, and to Fortune magazine's 2012 Businessperson of the Year list. Nelson holds B.S. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University.

Evan Goldberg

Evan Goldberg spent eight years at Oracle Corporation, where he served as a vice president. He was involved in a variety of projects, all focused on making powerful database technology more accessible to users. When he left Oracle, he started mBED Software and built groundbreaking website technology. He founded NetSuite in 1998. Goldberg holds a B.A. Summa Cum Laude in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College.

Jim McGeever

Jim McGeever is responsible for many of NetSuite's internal operations including sales, services, support and administration, and spearheads NetSuite's industry and customer satisfaction programs. He joined NetSuite in 2000 and, as chief financial officer, rapidly built a global financial organization across seven countries and was a driving force behind NetSuite's successful IPO in 2007. Previously, McGeever was director of finance for Clontech Laboratories, the corporate controller at Photon Dynamics, and a chartered accountant at Ernst & Young. He holds a B.Sc. from the London School of Economics and in 2007 was named the Bay Area CFO of the Year.

Ron Gill

Ron Gill is responsible for overseeing the company's global financial strategy and operations. Since joining NetSuite in 2007, he has been responsible for NetSuite's accounting and finance functions, serving as vice president of finance, then as senior vice president of finance. Prior to joining NetSuite, Gill was vice president, finance, at Hyperion Solutions. Previously, he held a variety of financial positions with several of the world's largest technology companies, including SAP, Dell and Sony. Gill holds a Master of International Business Studies degree from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. from Baylor University.

Pete Daffern is the President of EMEA and Executive Vice President of Verticals at NetSuite. In this role, Daffern oversees direct and channel sales and business operations in the EMEA region and direct NetSuite's vertical strategy. He brings to NetSuite more than two decades of experience in leadership positions at global technology companies. Prior to joining NetSuite, he served as the CEO of ClairMail during its acquisition by Monitise, served as Chairman and CEO of Purisma (acquired by Dun & Bradstreet), and has held various leadership positions at Vitria Technology and Crystal Decisions.Daffern holds a B.S in Mathematics and Statistics from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.

Tim Dilley

Tim Dilley has more than 25 years experience in technology customer service and has held executive management positions in professional services and customer support. At NetSuite, he is responsible for driving customer success and manages global teams in consulting, training, customer support and client management. Prior to NetSuite, Dilley was senior vice president of Global Customer Services at Informatica, an associate partner for Worldwide Utilities at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and a co-founder of Axiom Management Consulting. Dilley holds a B.S. in business administration from California State University at Fresno.

With more than 30 years of IT-related leadership experience, Jeff Honeycomb brings to NetSuite a wealth of experience stimulating business growth, handling aggressive corporate and client leadership roles, and solidifying profitable C-level relationships at companies in finance, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, communications, insurance, and more. As President, Distribution, Honeycomb is charged with driving NetSuite's overall sales strategy and sales operations in North America.

Prior to joining NetSuite, he was President of Magic Solutions, a division of McAfee, providing leading edge Service Management solutions to the Small and Medium marketplace. Previously, he was President and COO of Oracle RightNow Cloud Service, formerly RightNow Technologies, a global cloud CRM company, which has been a leader in the move to cloud solutions.

Marc Huffman

In his role as President, Worldwide Sales and Distribution, Huffman is charged with driving NetSuite's worldwide sales and leading global sales operations. A seasoned sales executive in the high-tech industry, Huffman has more than 20 years of experience in leading sales teams and driving growth at fast-growing software companies. Huffman came to NetSuite from Oracle Corp., where he was a director of sales, responsible for sales in Canada and the central U.S. for seven years. Since joining NetSuite, Huffman has held sales executive positions including: VP of Sales, SVP of Sales, North America and most recently, SVP of North American Verticals, Channels and APAC. During his more than 10-year tenure at NetSuite, Huffman has been one of the main drivers for NetSuite's sales, as well as the field sales expansion into strategic geographic locations. Huffman holds a B.S. in business management with emphasis on marketing from California State University, Chico.

Mei Li

In this role, Mei Li leads all aspects of NetSuite's global corporate communications efforts, including public relations, influencer and customer marketing programs, thought leadership, social media, crisis communications management, executive communications, marketing communications, and corporate brand management. Li joined NetSuite in 2000 and has led corporate communications in support of NetSuite's dramatic growth from a small start-up company to the world's #1 cloud business management software provider. She also developed and executed corporate communications strategies in support of the company's IPO in December 2007. Li has more than 18 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to NetSuite, she was Director of Public Relations and Investor Relations at Healthcentral.com, where she was driving all facets of public relations, analyst/investor relations, product launches, executive communications and was one of the driving forces for the company's IPO in 1999. Li started her high-tech PR career at start-up/IPO companies such as Cybergold and Bamboo.com. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, with honors from Yunnan University, China. She completed training in English at Whitman College, Washington and cultural anthropology at U.C. Davis. She also holds Master of Arts in Public Administration with an academic excellence award from California State University, Stanislaus, Calif.

Andy Lloyd

Andy Lloyd is an online retail innovator and ecommerce expert with more than 15 years of experience in the Internet and computer software industry. In his role at NetSuite, Lloyd spearheads the ecommerce efforts both from a product and new business development perspective. Prior to joining NetSuite, Lloyd was the CEO of Fluid Inc., where he led the company's strategy, innovation and growth. Under his leadership, Fluid Inc. more than doubled its annual revenue and improved profitability year-over-year. In addition, Lloyd drove new business, adding key brands to the portfolio, as well as driving geographic expansion. As an entrepreneur, Lloyd was the founder and CEO of Chariteam, which provided a SaaS solution for online fundraising companies. He was also a founding team member of Diba Inc. Earlier in his career he was the director of marketing at Kintana, which is now owned by HP.

Lloyd has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stanford University, where he was also captain of the swim team, leading the Cardinal swimmers to an NCAA championship and setting the records for the largest margin of victory and the highest point total in NCAA history. Lloyd was ranked among the top 25 swimmers in the world in 1991, and competed in the Olympic Trials in 1988 and 1992.

Mini Peiris

In her role as Vice President, Global Marketing, Mini Peiris spearheads NetSuite's worldwide efforts across market awareness, product positioning and go-to market programs including demand generation, product marketing, channel and industry marketing, pricing strategy, industry analyst relations and events. She joined NetSuite in 2002. Prior to her current role at NetSuite, she was Vice President of Product Management charged with the product direction of all NetSuite offerings. She has over 15 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to NetSuite, Peiris served in various senior product management roles at Interact Commerce Corp. where she managed both the ACT! and SalesLogix product lines including the initial introduction of SalesLogix for Web. Peiris started her career in the scientific research of drug stability for Janssen Pharmaceutical, a Johnson & Johnson company. She holds a B.S. in Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.

Doug Solomon

Doug Solomon leads the legal function for NetSuite's growing worldwide operations and has built the company's legal department from the ground up. He also plays a key leadership role with respect to planning and execution of the company's corporate development initiatives including mergers & acquisitions. Solomon joined NetSuite in 2006 as Vice President, Legal and was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2008. Solomon has more than 22 years of legal experience, including nearly 15 years as a legal and business executive at global, publicly-traded software companies.

Solomon received his B.A. in economics, with honors and highest distinction, from the University of Michigan, and his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He is a current member and a past President and Director of the Silicon Valley Association of General Counsel and was previously named a finalist for the Best Bay Area Public Company General Counsel by the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal and San Francisco Business Times.

Kathy Zwickert

A strategic HR executive with a wealth of experience in high growth start-ups, turnaround situations, and large corporate/public company environments, Kathy Zwickert oversees NetSuite's global HR programs and operations. Before NetSuite, she served five years as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Oclaro (NASDAQ: OCLR). Prior to joining Oclaro, Kathy was Head of Human Resources at Solid Information Technology, a supplier of database solutions. Prior to Oclaro, Kathy was the senior HR executive at Keynote Systems and also managed Accenture's first Global Human Resource and Tax Team. She began her career at Ernst and Young and is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
