  • Handles complex and priority cases escalated to the team, usually requiring expertise in 2 or more major product areas.
  • Point of contact with customer through resolution.
  • Performs highly complex troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Handles cases from advanced users.
  • Monitors defects filed by Support and troubleshoots them to ensure there is no missing workarounds, they are valid/confirmed defects and they are filed correctly.
  • Reviews and/or authors solutions /knowledge-based articles.
  • Point of contact with customer through resolution.
  • Differentiates type of defects and works on defect escalations
  • Actively works with Quality Assurance/Development to keep priority defects moving.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Preferably minimum of 2 years' experience speciliazing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in JavaScript and knowledge in REST/SOAP-based web services.
  • Background in, PHP or HTML is a plus.
  • Willing and able to work on graveyard shift
