You must have a passion for business and the associated technologies, as well as advanced analytical problem solving acumen, applied to help clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of NetSuite Partners is a top priority.

You will have been a lead consultant and have extensive ERP implementation expertise spanning the full implementation cycle and be adept at managing the delivery of application functionality. In this role you will often be working under pressure and striving to meet aggressive timelines.

You will be responsible for working with and training our Channel Partners across your assigned territory. You will be working with the Global Enablement Department providing NetSuite Partners assistance and assurance to implement the NetSuite Solution according to our implementation philosophy and standards.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Assist in instructing in-person classes to NetSuite partners.
  • Instruct remote web-based classes to NetSuite partners.
  • Review and checkpoint Partner implementations.
  • Work with partners to assess their skills, guide them and provide assurance during ongoing implementations.
  • Advise partners how to approach an implantation and each stop of these implementations.
  • Provide best practice advice around various types of implementations.
  • Provide help-line assistance to assigned implementing partners.


  • Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting, Wholesale Distribution, Inventory Management, Sales Force Management as well as support.
  • A natural consultative mindset offering diversity in your ability to engage varied audiences across different industries.
  • Solid experience in change management and Business Process mapping in support and/or in conjunction with 5 major IS ERP initiatives.
  • Seasoned consultant skills with a passion in identifying then translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions.
  • Solid experience in Managing client expectations, scope and solution delivery to budget.
  • 5–7 years' experience in systems applications consulting with a consulting firm or software provider.

  • NetSuite implementation experience.
  • ERP/Manufacturing/POS/Ecommcerce experience.
  • CPA or Accounting Degree is highly desirable.
