We are looking for an experienced and highly successful sales manager to join the Account Management Organization (AMO) to manage and grow our Retail team. The Account Management manager will play a key role in the development, delivery, management and continuous improvement of sales training and enablement programs, grow recent BDR graduates to productive, overachieving AMO ICs, and manage a portfolio of mid-market customers. Reporting to the VP, Account Management of GB, Retail, & GEA, this person will manage a team of account managers covering NetSuite [lower] mid-market accounts in Retail.
This person will be responsible for building and managing a team of account managers covering the lower mid-market (LMM) and mid-market space in Retail driving toward quarterly and annual sales targets in the installed base of customer. Your team is the internal advocate for our customer base and will need to hit both retention and upsell targets by ensuring that your accounts are fully leveraging NetSuite and that their needs are being met and exceeded by the company. This Manager will play an active role in the day to day management of the team, including account planning, forecasting, strategic planning and hiring and developing of AMO reps. Further, this Manager will work cross functionally with Solution Consulting, Client Management, Support and Professional Services to address the needs and issues of the teams accounts in order to convert customer requirements into sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and understand the NetSuite sales methodology, products, sales processes, and tools that support our go to market strategy. This person also will have a strong working knowledge of NetSuite's internal processes and procedures as well as have domain expertise of the Retail space. Additionally, the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys mentoring and enabling reps and takes great pride in the success of others.
