Summary:
The Southern Region Sales Director will be responsible for Vic and SA
You will be leading a high performing team on 6 AE's
This role will report into the National Sales Director

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for continued planning and execution of a business and model that delivers against assigned targets. This is a strategic long term role to position NetSuite for success in Australia.

Your role is to ensure that NetSuite are adopting the right support and go-to-market model to drive accelerated growth in the region.

  • Exceed annual sales quota for the Northern Region Sales team—Great Accelerators!
  • Leadership and motivation of the sales team
  • Identification of new opportunities within the broader AU market and existing customer base
  • Setting team strategy and structure for effective go to market
  • Implementing and maintaining effective sales methodology
  • Setting and maintaining effective culture within the sales team
  • Ongoing analysis of sales process and implementation of process improvements
  • Support sales executives in complex solution sales to clients and contractual negotiations
  • Accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Ongoing analysis and planning to ensure future success and scalability of business

Qualifications/Skills:
Experienced Sales Leader selling Software, ERP CRM or related business applications
