Job Description:
In Singapore, our hunt is for a process-driven, sales support champion to partner with our APAC family, analyse pipelined opportunities and keep an eye over live deals as they are motioned through our sales cycle, ensuring actualisation of our revenue projection.

You're going to be a part of something huge, in a multi-dimensional function, interfacing with our key departments.

You will continually be providing support for coordinating sales tool training, routing of deals to their respective territories, producing and sharing flash reports of live and piped sales to draw aerial views of our sales activity — feeding into our revenue count.

While getting your hands dirty in juicy things like enhancing automation tools, evaluating deal pricing structure and maintaining margin management tools, you will also be reporting on the sales productivity, cheering on our sales crew with track reports on their goal attainment with regular comprehensive and reliable snapshots on variances, plus budgets and expenditure.

Our Sales Operations Analyst can expect to:

  • Provide support and information to our Sales teams by enhancing data and fixing any system glitches that would result in sales barriers
  • Offer recommendations with sales puzzles or deal structure, using NetSuite guidelines
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to see contracts generated in full compliance and relayed back to our sales crew for closure
  • Route opportunities to their correct territories and grow to understand the territory and specific needs for deals secured in that area
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, pricing models and monitor revenue and expenses

Ideally, our Sales Operations Analyst will come to us with:

  • Strong sales and status, plus revenue forecasting experience coupled with capability to draw conclusions based on the data
  • A consultative and adaptable front foot — ready to partner with our successful and friendly teams including — Territory Sales and Managers, Legal, Finance and Professional Services
  • 5 years + in Sales Support/Sales Enablement or Operations — ideally in software
  • Demonstrated experience in managing overview of sales budgets
  • Strong sales status flash reports, variance reporting and expenditure reporting
  • A high attention to detail, drive to see opportunities completed
  • Strong focus on process management within a sales environment plus exposure to working with Finance and Legal under pressing timelines to finalize sales
  • Excellent written and MS Office-based skills — generating high quality, proof read reports and contracts.
