Job Description:
This position will interface directly and frequently with the HQ Recurring Billing/Contract Renewals PM responsible for the PSG Recurring Billing product features and will review all functional specifications to ensure they are clear and complete for the PSG Scrum Team, and will be the liaison between the HQ Recurring Billing PM and the PSG Scrum Teams in clarifying details of the functional spec when necessary.

This position will be the Product Management representative on the PSG Scrum Team, and will work with the team members to ensure they:

  1. Understand the product feature specifications.
  2. Develop and QA the features according to the road map schedules.

This position will be instrumental in maintaining existing and rolling out new SuiteApps to NetSuite customers.

Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and working with world-class product teams locally and in the U.S. to design and deliver the features necessary to compete in the global ERP market. This position is critical to the growth and success of NetSuite.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Business Management with any related technical degree
  • 1+ years of related ERP product management or professional services experience. Billing product experience is also desired. Ideally, experience from one of our competitors, another ERP software provider, or from NetSuite product experience (e.g. support- related experience related to this type of software functionality is also acceptable.)
  • Knowledge of recurring billing and subscription management is preferred. Knowledge of general order-to-cash business processes is also preferred.
  • Self-starter who can work independently as well as with cross-functional teams both locally and at U.S. headquarters.
  • Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions with a great user experience.
  • Excellent (English) communication skills and the ability to clearly document product requirements / user stories.
