Job Description:
This Software Quality Assurance engineer will be part of the team responsible for testing NetSuite's on-demand web-based, ERP/CRM/Net Commerce application. This engineer will work in the CRM or ERP QA group with a focus on general/advanced CRM or ERP functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Writing test plans for new product features.
• Designing and implementing Java-based automated tests.
• Executing test plans.
• Reporting software bugs.
• Reproducing problems reported by customers.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or comparable IT degree.
• At least 4 years working experience in a related field.
• 2 to 4 years experience with software quality assurance and testing methodologies. Experience in Automated Testing is a plus.
• Solid practical knowledge of programming/scripting.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, XML and HTML.
• Ability to quickly master new technologies.
• Must have good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently when needed.
• Organized and reliable, able to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Great attitude and work ethic.
• Familiarity with three-tiered applications.
• Familiarity with unit test development.
• 2 to 4 years experience testing web-based software.
