Job Description:
Our success is driven by our talent! Our talent has grown our success to now hunt for a committed and experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant in our Melbourne crew. You will be a master of asking questions and deep dive into the operations of VIC businesses, walking a mile in their laborious and complex business process boots to identify and diagnose the areas that their current ERP/Financials Software is failing them and stunting their commercial growth.

Our client base are stamping out a need for costly onsite auditors bearing calculator and abacus tool kits, kicking hours of manual report manipulation out of everyday and channeling their manpower into heightening their results and beefing up their bottom line.

Our Pre-Sales Solutions Consulting opportunity in Melbourne is part of a wider ANZ consulting team, who will be partnered with our Sales Associates at the front end of the sales process, where the deep dive and active listening reveals pain points for you to solution NetSuite’s best practice ERP and Financials software, greasing their business cogs and enabling their success.

Our SC team is able to speedily graft functional specification briefings of prospect, leverage these findings to produce innovative solutions resulting in Proof of Concept, well-planned and compelling demonstrations, exhibiting NetSuite’s vast capability in each engaging session. You’ll be partnered with our experienced Sales Associates kicking off and guiding the sales cycle and at the other end, you’ll engage in an accurate and thorough information handover, laying the foundation for a successful implementation into the NetSuite environment.

Our Solutions Consultant will possess:

• A consultative frontfoot offering diversity in your ability to engage varied audiences and address their industries
• 5 + years in a comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle in CRM, ERP and Ecommerce applications
• Experience with financial application package and a thorough understanding of accounting principles
• Previous application experience in one or more of the following is advantageous—SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Epicor, Great Plains, AccPac, Best Software-MAS Series, Sales Logix, Siebel or Salesforce.com
• Solid presentation and interpersonal skills to impact a varied audience
• Proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the buying process
• Team spirited—you’ll get enjoyment from joining strengths with your Solutions crew and working towards team targets in unison
• BA/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience
