Summary:
NetSuite is looking for a person with a world-class customer service attitude to support our San Mateo office. This person will be responsible for the daily management of the office, vendor relations, and overall building maintenance. They will be the primary Global Real Estate & Facilities contact for local management and employees. They ensure that our office environment reflects and enables NetSuite’s company culture. This role will also support several regional offices remotely, providing timely and customer-focused support.

Responsibilities:

  • Attention to safety, cleanliness and the day to day efficient functioning of the general office environment.
  • Manage relationships with all vendors providing site services, and with building landlord.
  • Overall responsibility for managing events, both on- and off-site, including catering.
  • Partner with HR in the development of employee-focused events and programs.
  • Organize repair and service for office facilities and equipment.
  • Oversee space planning and support; perform moves and new hire space assignments.
  • Handle daily influx of mail and shipping service; includes inbound package and mail delivery as well as outbound shipping.
  • Manage office Receptionist, and cover reception desk during their absence.
  • Manage remote offices, under the direction of the Global Facilities Manager.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 4yr college degree.
  • Facilities experience preferred.
  • Friendly demeanor and customer service focused.
  • Good proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Pro-active initiative to address problems and inefficiencies.
