Summary:

As part of the demo excellence team your prime responsibility will be to maintain, consolidate and develop industry-leading demonstrations in collaboration with the other members of the DET, sales consulting community, product management, product marketing and development. This involves general release maintenance as well as creating and updating both content and demo flows that correspond to supported industry demo needs. You will also be responsible for partnering with professional services to enhance our master accounts with delivered best practice solutions created in our demo accounts. You will also be responsible for providing front-line support for the pre-sales community for any demo system related issues and follow up according to established procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and enter demo data that supports strategic demo flows by vertical/industry
• Configure NetSuite products user interface (UI) and features to support demo flows
• Provide support to pre-sales by troubleshooting reported issues and providing solutions.
• Document demonstration data and configurations for pre-sales
• Assist pre-sales demo preparation by entering data and/or configuring product features or UI
• Report product defects to development for future fixing

Qualifications/Skills:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience
• Track record of delivering projects BA/BS/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience
• Knowledge of SaaS / cloud computing
• Experience in a role that managed demo environment readiness for an enterprise applications software company
• Experience in applications experience preferable as a Pre-Sales Consultant or Implementation Consultant in one or more of the following is desired:
• NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JDE, Epicor, Great Plains, Intacct, AccPac, Best Software-MAS Series, Sales Logix, Siebel or Salesforce.com or other like companies
