The Enterprise Inside Sales Department is a new and exciting team that is an integral part of the Global Enterprise organization and the company as a whole. The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering NetSuite’s message to target accounts in order to generate Sales Accepted Leads and assist the Global Enterprise Account team close business. Working together in a team environment with Sales Representatives, you will be responsible for mapping out target accounts, identifying key decision makers and account management of your target accounts. You will also assist with RFI’s and estimates. This position requires sophisticated business acumen to understand each prospect’s unique business drivers and consequently, adapt the NetSuite value proposition to each situation.


  • Achieve monthly quota of Sales Accepted Leads and team revenue
  • Maintain outbound call activity of 40-50 calls per day
  • Independent target account research
  • Maintain accurate and complete data in NetSuite’s CRM system
  • Create cohesive team strategy with field sales representatives in the assigned territories
  • Understand NetSuite’s product’s strengths, functionality, positioning, and competition


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive established targets or quotas
  • Experience in selling SaaS is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Inside Sales, or Teleprospecting, experience cold calling and prospecting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of closing business and achieving quota
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting processes is a plus
  • Completion of formal sales training programs helpful
  • Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" and "get the job done" attitude
  • Able and willing to learn and position multiple product offerings
  • Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective when working independently and in team environments
