Summary:
We are looking for a senior consultant to join our professional services group.  Consultants participate in and lead deployments of the NetSuite OpenAir Professional Services Automation SaaS application at a wide variety of customers.  This position is highly visible and carries great responsibilities as the professional services senior consultant is often the customer's first touch point to the NetSuite community.  As a member of this team, an individual will have a large impact in significantly improving how our clients operate their services-based global organizations.

NetSuite OpenAir Professional Services Automation (PSA) software enables professional services firms to gain controls and insight on their project management practices. NetSuite OpenAir empowers executives to track projects, teams, and billable hours for improving employee utilization and to streamline project management. Relying on a highly experienced team of consultants from industry leaders including Bain, Accenture, Deloitte, Cambridge Technology Partners and Mercer, NetSuite has developed comprehensive programs for both the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) deployment paradigm as well as for the services vertical industries. NetSuite has helped leading services organizations across six continents increase profits through its subscription-based solution.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes in the areas of project management, project accounting, resource management, reporting and billing.
• Implement and configure the NetSuite OpenAir system to best match a client's existing and desired business processes
• Define and build integration points between NetSuite OpenAir and other business applications.
• Attain expert knowledge of the NetSuite OpenAir product.
• Train clients on project management best practices in the context of using NetSuite OpenAir software.

Qualifications/Skills:

Minimum education, skills, and experience:

• 2-5 years performing and leading enterprise application implementations.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Able and willing to learn and then demonstrate NetSuite OpenAir product offerings
• Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and client-focused.
• Effective problem-solver
• Effective when working independently, with cross-functional teams, with client management and internal management teams to ensure project success
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Able and willing to travel 25% on average

The ideal qualified candidate will also have one or more of the following:

• MBA from a top business school.
• Experience with business software implementation processes.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Past work experience at large technology consulting company.
• Experience with Professional Service Automation software (NetSuite, OpenAir, Oracle, SAP, Deltek)
• Experience integrating or using CRM applications (salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Siebel, E.piphany, KANA)
• Experience implementing knowledge management systems (e.g. Intraspect, Microsoft SharePoint)
