NetSuite Datacenters service more than 250,000,000 requests per day, are PCI and SOC Compliant, meet Stringent Security, and target 99.99%+ uptime.  Key components of the NetSuite Datacenters are Storage, Network, Application, and Database Systems.  The Director of Datacenter Operations will manage the strategic direction and tactical execution for the fast paced and growing NetSuite Datacenters. 

The Director of Datacenter Operations will manage a team of smart and engaged operations engineers and managers, while engaging directly with all levels of management in formulating policies and procedures, evolving architecture, and maintaining and building world class datacenters for NetSuite.

  • Proven datacenter experience including direct on-call experience
  • Min 5-7 years as Unix Systems, Database, or Network Administrator; or related Engineering
  • Min 5-7 years in management role
  • Experience with technical implementation and maintenance of DR/BCP Programs
  • Experience in vendor relations and negotiations
